Independent contractor / single member LLC
For a 1099 contractor or single owner LLC without significant overhead or transaction volume. Great choice when monthly bookkeeping isn’t required and your main goal is tax compliance.
What you get:
Quarterly bookkeeping and financial statements
estimated tax calculations to avoid year end surprises
advisory on how and when to make estimated payments
Record transactions on our free template and send it to us quarterly, no QBO or Xero system needed.

2. Small business monthly close
For: active businesses with larger transaction volume, who need reliable month end numbers, and who don’t want to pay premium for “expedite my Financial statements because i wasn’t on top of it".”
what you get:
Monthly transaction classification
monthly account reconciliation
Optional monthly year & quarter tax liability estimates. We will remind you that the tax is due regardless.
Owner draw/distribution forecasting (what cash can you safely spend on yourself?)
Estimated cost ~$200-$400 per month depending on transaction volume and complexity of the engagement.
One time setup for new books:
~$700-$900 for initial chart of accounts, process set up, and getting the business into a clean monthly cycle (for new businesses without significant historic data).

If your business has been operating for a while, we can absolutely step in and take over bookkeeping and month end close processes. But we usually want to start with a historic financial analysis followed by bookkeeping clean up work if anything is flagged during analysis.
